I would like to recommend Sinead Curran as an excellent and knowledgeable physiotherapist. A few years ago I was in a spot of trouble with very painful and debilitating issues due to osteoporosis. Having a one to one consultation and forming a plan was the turning point in getting strong and well . Sinead has the interest and knowledge and with correct exercises for all injuries but particularly in older people.

I am so happy to have discovered Sinead’s Fit and Well class. For me this class has improved my muscle strength, movement and balance and thus I have become more physically active. This class also gives me a great feeling of well being. The class is suitable for all levels of exercise as Sinead modifies and adapts each exercise to every individual need. Thank you so much Sinead!
