The details
Small Groups, Personalised Approach
All participants complete an initial one-to-one assessment to establish a baseline and discuss goals. Class sizes are intentionally kept small, ensuring individual needs are addressed with the right level of supervision and support.
Duration: 45 minutes
Format: Small group, physiotherapist-led
Frequency: weekly in 8 to 12 week blocks
(plus 1 contingency week)
Initial Requirement: One-to-one assessment before joining
