Movement for Life
Fit + Well is a strength and conditioning class designed to help you build confidence, improve capacity, and feel stronger in your everyday life. Each session focuses on functional movement and whole-body strength — with tailored support for those managing health concerns or rebuilding fitness.
Ideal if you’re recovering from illness or looking for structured support to maintain or improve your capacity as you age.

Move With Confidence
All classes are led in person in our welcoming clinic space. Supportive, small-group settings ensure individual attention and adaptations when needed.
Duration: 45 minutes
Format: Small group, physiotherapist-led
Frequency: weekly in 8 to 12 week blocks
(plus 1 contingency week)
Initial Requirement: One-to-one assessment before joining
