Fit + Well is a strength and conditioning class designed to help you build confidence, improve capacity, and feel stronger in your everyday life. Each session focuses on functional movement and whole-body strength — with tailored support for those managing health concerns or rebuilding fitness.

Ideal if you’re recovering from illness or looking for structured support to maintain or improve your capacity as you age.

The details

Move With Confidence

All classes are led in person in our welcoming clinic space. Supportive, small-group settings ensure individual attention and adaptations when needed.

Duration: 45 minutes

Format: Small group, physiotherapist-led

Frequency: weekly in 8 to 12 week blocks
(plus 1 contingency week)

Initial Requirement: One-to-one assessment before joining

Real Stories, Real Impact

Osteopenia or Osteoporosis are scary prospects for any person diagnosed with these conditions. The idea of not moving at all in case of causing a fracture is not a good formula for living life to the full. What Sinead’s classes offer is evidence based and well-structured bone health training. We work on balance, strength and conditioning with a focus on being able to function well and safely in all our daily activities. I would like to recommend Sinead Curran as an excellent and knowledgeable physiotherapist. A few years ago I was in a spot of trouble with very painful and debilitating issues due to osteoporosis. I’ve required extensive physiotherapy due to a life a chronic injuries/illness from complex Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and for rehabilitation after 12 surgeries (4 on my spine) over the last 8 years.
