After an initial assessment and once goals have been discussed, your baseline has been established and any potential risks assessed, targeted exercise is often recommended for osteopoenia and osteoporosis. These classes focus on strength and conditioning, balance and fall prevention, and on posture. There is also informal education and Q+As. The numbers in the classes are kept low to allow for individual needs to be addressed. The classes are based on the current evidence provided by up-to-date research.
