Pilates Therapy, Masters Class
Online or In-Clinic Option
This class is for those who enjoy the Pilates approach to exercise and have completed the Fundamentals of Exercise class. It is appropriate for those with specific clinical goals in mind or can be attended in rotation with other blocks of classes. This might be particularly useful for balance and coordination training for example. In general the exercises require more coordination and more complicated choreography than the Bone Health or Fit and Well classes. While building strength is part of the classes, there is not the same focus on progressive strength training as there is in other classes.
