It is never too early or too late to start planning for healthy, or successful ageing. The best time is NOW!

My Health Ageing service starts with a chat to you about your medical history and about any specific physical issues or concerns you may have, particularly related to getting older. I will look at how you are doing in terms of strength, balance, movement and function. With all of this information we can then put a plan in place to help you to address any potential risks to your wellbeing as you get older, ensuring you can continue to do whatever it is makes you feel fulfilled!
