About Me
There is a wealth of scientific evidence to show us how important it is for general and specific health concerns to remain as robust, strong and fit as is possible throughout our lives. For many reasons, health or age related, help is often needed to reach or maintain our physical potential. Through my broad range of experience, keeping up to date with research and belief in empowering people to achieve their goals, I aim to provide that help.
I am a CORU registered, chartered physiotherapist with almost 20 years experience in clinical physiotherapy. I am also a REPS Ireland registered Personal Trainer. My experience includes general medical and surgical rehab, ICU rehab, musculoskeletal outpatients, inpatient and outpatient orthopaedics, in patient and out patient care of the elderly. Over time I developed a particular interest in the health and well being of people who find themselves (for whatever reason) deconditioned or deconditioning.
